JK Fenner (India) Limited has appointed Jegapriyan Govindarajan as President. Based in Chennai, he will report to Vikrampati Singhania, Vice Chairman & Managing Director.

Govindarajan, 50, holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Madurai Kamraj University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

With nearly three decades of experience across the automotive and industrial sectors, Govindarajan is recognised for his leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive business transformation and profitable growth across multinational and Indian companies.

He joins JK Fenner from Garrett Motion Technologies India, where he served as Managing Director & General Manager – India. His previous assignments include leadership roles as Managing Director at Tecumseh Products Company and Valeo Lighting Systems India Pvt Ltd.
