Enerpac, a global provider of high-pressure hydraulic tools, controlled-force products and heavy-lifting solutions, has introduced its CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack.

The purpose-built solutions are designed to improve safety, efficiency and control in industrial lifting and machine-moving operations.

The products expand Enerpac’s portfolio of precision lifting solutions for the Indian market. The CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets are available in standard and tall configurations, while the TJP-Series Hydraulic Toe Jack is designed for demanding industrial applications.

The CR-Series replaces improvised cribbing methods, such as wooden blocks and steel plates, with an engineered interlocking system that provides consistent and predictable load support.

The system can be used for transformer installations, bridge-bearing replacements and load holding in stage-lighting applications. It provides a stable, mechanically secured foundation that allows operators to maintain control throughout each phase of a lift.

A detachable fork enables hands-free positioning and rotation of U-Rings and spacers, allowing operators to remain clear of the load.

Available in three capacity variants — CR30, CR50 and CR100 — the series covers a lifting range of 30 to 150 tonnes and is suitable for a broad range of operations. The system extends lifting height, maintains alignment and improves control during high-stakes lifting operations.

The TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack is designed to lift and move heavy machinery, including CNC and VMC machines, in confined spaces with minimal ground clearance.

Constructed from aluminium and weighing 80 kg, the TJP308 is significantly lighter than conventional steel jacks without compromising capacity.

It features a 200 mm stroke, an adjustable three-position tilting toe, foldable side legs and solid rubber wheels, enabling it to lift machinery in place and transport it across a facility floor.

Hydraulic power is supplied through a remote pump, allowing operators to work from a safer and more ergonomic position while reducing physical strain without affecting productivity.
