Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited has appointed Sunil Khanduja, Managing Director, as Chairman of the Board.

Khanduja succeeds Sekhar Natarajan, who has completed his tenure as Independent Director after serving on the Board for ten years. The company expressed its gratitude to Natarajan for his leadership, guidance and contributions to strengthening its governance and growth journey.

As Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited, Khanduja has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer-centric innovation and fostering a high-performance culture.

His appointment as Chairman reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership and vision as it continues to accelerate growth across India and the region.

Khanduja joined Ingersoll Rand in 2013 and has held several leadership roles across operations, supply chain and business management.

With more than 25 years of global industry experience, he brings expertise in driving business transformation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a dual MBA from the Kelley School of Business in the US and Manchester Business School in the UK.
