CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has appointed
Sachin Tare as Director – Manufacturing to lead its manufacturing operations at
the company’s Pithampur facility near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In his new role,
Tare will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, quality and productivity,
supporting CASE’s continued growth in India and international markets.
Tare brings over three decades of experience in
manufacturing, supply chain, operations and business transformation across the
engineering and automotive sectors. He spent nearly three decades with Mahindra
& Mahindra, where he held leadership roles across procurement, supply
chain, logistics and manufacturing, before joining BirlaNu Ltd (formerly HIL
Ltd) as Assistant Vice President – Operations.
During his career, Tare has led large-scale manufacturing
initiatives, including capacity expansion, operational transformation,
Greenfield projects and new product industrialisation. CASE’s state-of-the-art
Pithampur facility has been central to the company’s India journey for over
three decades. It serves as the company’s manufacturing hub in the Asia Pacific
region, producing Made-in-India construction equipment for domestic and export
markets across more than 100 countries.
